We have great news! Our NOPL Board of Trustees recently voted to eliminate the out-of-county fee for library cards. We have heard from area residents and patrons, including via our recent Community Feedback Survey, that this fee can be a barrier to families and individuals participating fully in the NOPL system, and we want to ensure the libraries are accessible to all. If you have any questions, please contact a NOPL branch. If you don’t have a library card yet, you can start the registration process HERE. Out-of-county residents can also register for a free library card at any OCPL library.
