As the new year begins, we’re excited to present our brand new, 3-year Strategic Plan for 2025 – 2027! This document outlines a path ahead that is designed to be dynamic and flexible to help meet the changing needs of our community. NOPL’s staff and board spent months searching out your thoughts and opinions, as patrons and community members, to create a shared values-based approach to planning programs, resources, spaces, and collaborations for the years ahead.
To create the plan, we used survey results, focus groups, interviews, and a SOAR analysis (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) and studied library use data. We invite you to read the strategic plan linked HERE, and please know your feedback and ideas are always welcome!
