Kara is the Marketing & Communications Specialist for NOPL. Her background is in nonprofit program management, marketing, fundraising, and administration. Kara was also a Librarian Assistant for the Local History and Genealogy Department at OCPL's Central Library. She is constantly reading and loves all kinds of movies, music, and quirky Netflix & Apple series. Her avocation is acting, including performing with a regional mystery theater/interactive comedy troupe.

On Saturday, March 29 at 10:00 am at NOPL Cicero, Jodi Crawford will present the Little Free Libraries program, sponsored by the Friends of NOPL Cicero. This is a great opportunity for community members interested in starting their own Little Free Libraries! Also, a new Little Free Library is coming to Riverfront Park! Volunteers Jodi Crawford and Allen Angus are breathing new life into an iconic little free library for the Northern Onondaga Public Library (NOPL) Brewerton branch.
