and reference books 24 hours a day with your OCPL library card and PIN. If you
do not have a PIN, or can not remember your PIN, please contact your library for

The New York State Library currently provides free access
to online resources through the New York Online Virtual Electronic Library,
This statewide program is funded by the Federal Institute of Museum and Library
Services through a Library Services and Technology Act grant. The NOVEL
collection of databases is available to all library patrons for in-library use
as well as remote use from outside the library. Additional databases are
provided by the Northern Onondaga County Public Library and the Onondaga County
Public Library.
